Advanced - Soca Valley
The Soca, the emerald green jewel of Slovenia, winds its way from the Julian Alps, through stunning natural landscapes, to the Adriatic.
For kayakers it is one of the most popular rivers in Europe.
This comes on the one hand from her crystal-clear, emerald green shimmering color, on the other hand from her fairness and variety.
She offers many sections with different levels of difficulty and countless play areas for practicing, so there is always something suitable for each level.
A must for every paddler. Packrafting courses Slovenia.
In Slovenia too, we are at your disposal, with a specific curriculum and theory. In Slovenia we offer you basic, advanced and private courses. Even outside the river, Bovec and the surrounding area offers countless opportunities for activities. Hiking, climbing, paragliding, rafting, skydiving and much more.

The valley of the Soca offers a number of significant natural monuments from the source to the mouth:
The Soca origin (1,050 m) is one of the most beautiful springs in the Alps (with secured access).
It is followed by Mlinarica, a wild gorge, 70 to 80 m deep, with a secure access only to the mouth and the first waterfall.
Then follow the Soca gorges: The Soca chiseled a series of canyons on their way, of which the Great and the Small Gorges are most noteworthy (access from the road) in front of the village of Soca in the Trento.
The next is the Boka waterfall, with a total height of 144 meters and a width of 18 meters, is the highest waterfall in Slovenia. The waterfall is located at Bovec, southwest of Žaga.
There is a beautiful panoramic hiking trail nearby. The gorges of Tolminka form the lowest point (180 m) of the Triglav National Park and are among the longest and deepest gorges in Slovenia.
The contact point of the Tolminka and Zadlašcica canyons with their river beds is a unique phenomenon.
The Tolminka gorge is 200 m long and between 5 m and 10 m wide.
